International Service for Human Rights

The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) is one of the United Nations ten treaty bodies and was established to ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by all persons with disabilities, and to promote respect for their inherent dignity (under the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities). The committee meets twice a year.
