The Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families (CMW) monitors the implementation of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families. CMW is the most recently created treaty body and held its first plenary session in March 2004. It presently holds two sessions per year and is composed of ten independent experts.
